Terms and Conditions

1. DEFINITIONS

• “Platform” refers to the Dinebees digital platform, accessible via web and mobile applications.
• “User” refers to any individual who creates an account on or otherwise uses the Dinebees Platform.
• “Hangout” refers to a social dining activity created or joined by Users on the Platform.
• “Venue” refers to any public dining establishment listed on the Platform.
• “We”, “Our”, “Us” refer to Dinego Technologies Private Limited, the owner and operator of the Platform.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

1. By accessing or using Dinebees, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform.
3. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between the User and Dinego Technologies Private Limited.

3. USER ELIGIBILITY

1. Users must be at least 18 years old to use the Dinebees Platform.
2. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
3. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of this requirement.

4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

1. To create an account, you must provide accurate and verifiable information, including a mobile number or a supported third-party login.
2. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
3. Sharing of accounts is strictly prohibited.

5. PURPOSE OF THE PLATFORM

1. Dinebees is a social coordination utility that connects individuals for shared dining experiences.
2. The Platform facilitates social coordination and does not process food orders, reservations, or payments.
3. Dinebees is not a food delivery service or a direct affiliate of any restaurant.

6. VENUE DISCLAIMER

1. Venues listed on the Platform are for discovery purposes only.
2. Unless explicitly stated, Dinego Technologies has no formal partnership, commercial affiliation, or agreement with any Venue.
3. We do not guarantee the quality of service, pricing, table availability, or a Venue's acknowledgment of any Hangout.
4. Your attendance at any Venue is at your own risk and discretion.

7. HANGOUT CREATION & ATTENDANCE

1. Users may create or join Hangouts through the Platform's designated features.
2. If you are unable to attend a Hangout you have joined, you must formally withdraw through the Platform or provide timely notification to the host.
3. Repeated failure to attend without notice (“no-shows”), ghosting, or other disruptive behavior may result in account warnings, suspension, or permanent termination.
4. Dinebees is not responsible for any interpersonal interactions, disputes, or experiences that occur during offline meetups.

8. COMMUNITY & USER CONDUCT

1. You agree to interact with other Users respectfully, both within the Platform's chat features and during in-person Hangouts.
2. The following behavior is strictly prohibited:
   • Harassment, bullying, or stalking
   • Discrimination or hate speech
   • Unwanted solicitations or spam
   • Posting inappropriate, explicit, or violent content
   • Misusing platform functionality, including creating fake profiles
3. Violations of these conduct guidelines may lead to immediate account action, including suspension or termination.

9. CONTENT POLICY

1. You may upload content, including text and images, to participate in Hangouts.
2. You retain ownership of any content you upload. However, by posting content, you grant Dinego Technologies a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and reproduce it solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform.
3. You agree not to upload any content that is illegal, abusive, defamatory, infringing on intellectual property, or in violation of any third-party rights.
4. Dinebees reserves the right, but not the obligation, to moderate or remove any content that violates these Terms.

10. EVENT MEDIA & PROMOTIONAL USE

1. Capture Notice: Photographs, video, or audio recordings (“Event Media”) may be captured by Dinego Technologies Private Limited (“Dinebees,” “we,” “us”) or by other participants during any Dinebees Hangout or related activity.
2. License and Purpose: By attending a Hangout, you irrevocably grant Dinego Technologies Private Limited a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, edit, reproduce, and publish Event Media—including your voice, image, and likeness—for the exclusive purpose of promoting the Dinebees platform.
3. No Additional Compensation: You waive any right to royalties, credit, or other forms of compensation related to our use of Event Media.
4. Opt-Out Procedure: If you do not wish to be featured in Event Media, you are responsible for: (a) informing the event host before recording begins, and (b) positioning yourself outside of camera view.
5. Withdrawal of Consent: You may request the removal of specific images or clips featuring you by emailing contact@dinebees.com.

11. PAYMENT & BILL SETTLEMENT

1. The Platform does not process payments for food, beverages, or other services at Venues.
2. Users are individually and collectively responsible for settling all bills directly with the Venue.
3. Dinebees is not liable for any financial disputes between Users, including but not limited to incorrect bill splitting or unpaid expenses.
4. Any approved refund will be credited within 7–10 working days to the original bank account.

12. PLATFORM AVAILABILITY

1. We strive to maintain a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or compatibility with all devices.
2. The Platform may be temporarily suspended for maintenance or upgrades without prior notice.

13. ACCOUNT TERMINATION

1. We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at our sole discretion if you breach these Terms, harm the community, or if required by law enforcement.
2. You may request to delete your account at any time by contacting us at contact@dinebees.com.

14. LIABILITY LIMITATIONS

1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dinego Technologies is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from your attendance at Hangouts.
2. The Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind.

15. INDEMNIFICATION

1. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dinego Technologies Private Limited from any claims arising from your use of the Platform or your interactions with other Users.

16. CHANGES TO TERMS

1. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
2. We will notify you of significant changes through the Platform.

17. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
2. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
