When you attend any Dinebees hangout (in-person event organized or listed on the Dinebees platform), we—or other participants acting on our behalf—may capture photographs, audio, or video recordings that include you (“Event Media”).

7.1 What We Collect

• Still photographs (digital or film)
• Short-form video (e.g., Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
• Long-form video or livestream clips
• Ambient audio that may capture your voice or comments

No biometric templates (e.g., facial-recognition data) are created or stored.

7.2 Purpose & Legal Basis

* If your jurisdiction requires explicit consent, we treat attendance together with advance notice as valid consent.

7.3 How We Use & Share Event Media

• Edit and publish on Dinebees-branded social media accounts.
• Embed in blog posts, newsletters, pitch decks, investor reports, and advertisements.
• Provide select media to PR agencies, journalists, or brand partners solely to promote the community.
• Never sell Event Media to third parties or use it for facial-recognition.

7.4 Storage, Security & Retention

• Event Media files are stored on encrypted AWS S3 buckets.
• Backups are held in an encrypted archive.
• We keep Event Media as long as it remains relevant for promotion or until a deletion request is honored.

7.5 Your Choices & Opt-Out

• Before the Hangout: Inform the event host on arrival and position yourself out of camera range.
• After Publication: Email contact@dinebees.com with links or screenshots of the content you wish removed.

7.6 Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access copies of Event Media featuring you, request correction or removal, and object to further processing.

8. USER RIGHTS

As a user, you have the right to:
